Chromebook Collection 2021

12th Grade

On Campus Students:
Tuesday, May 25 in 2nd Period 


Digital Learning Students:
​Tuesday, May 25 before Noon
​
  • Very Important:  All students will need to have their Chromebook charged to 100% when they turn in their Chromebooks.
  • ​If students are exempting their exams, they can return their Chromebooks to the Media Center before May 25.
  • PSO, Hospital Homebound, and WBL students who will not be on campus May 25 can bring their Chromebooks to the Media Center any day before Wednesday, May 25.
  • Digital Learning students will drop off their Chromebooks outside of the Media Center near the bus lane
  • If for some reason students owe for Chromebook related repair or loss fees, those fees can be paid in the Media Center between now and Friday, May 21.
  • Seniors will not be able to purchase their Chromebooks.
9th-11th Grade
On Campus Students:
Wednesday, May 26 in 
Advisement

Digital Learning Students:
​Thursday, May 27 from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm


  • Underclassmen will turn in their Chromebooks after their last final exam during a special advisement.
  • Very Important:  All students will need to have their Chromebook charged to 100% when they turn in their Chromebooks.  Chromebooks must be turned on to check for damage.  Chromebooks that are not fully charged may stop working over the summer.  Students will be responsible for battery replacement ($35.00).
  • If students are exempting their exams, they can return their Chromebooks to the Media Center before May 26.
  • PSO, Hospital Homebound, and WBL students who will not be on campus May 26 can bring their Chromebooks to the Media Center any day before May 26.​
  • Digital Learning students will drop off their Chromebooks outside of the Media Center near the bus lane
  • ​​Underclassmen will not have to turn in their Chromebook chargers.  They will need to make sure they store their chargers in a safe place over the summer, so they will have them to charge their Chromebooks next school year.
  • Devices not returned to the Media Center will be disabled.  Students will be referred to the administration for discipline and legal action.
  • ​Underclassmen will get their same Chromebooks back next school year.
  • Lost/Stolen Chromebook:  All students will need to pay for lost or stolen Chromebooks.
  • Chromebook Repairs:  Underclassmen with broken but operational Chromebooks can choose to wait to repair the Chromebook until next school year.
  • Underclassmen who know they are withdrawing over the summer will be responsible for paying for the broken Chromebooks and/or lost chargers when they withdraw.

Chromebook Fees As Needed:
  • Lost or broken A/C adapter      $25.00
  • Missing Hinge (sold as a pair)   $10.00
  • Broken LCD screen                  $20.00
  • Keyboard replacement             $20.00
  • Battery replacement                $35.00
  • Body replacement                   $25.00
  • Loss, stolen or willful damage $190.00

Fees can be paid by cash in the LHS Media Center or online at www.mypaymentsplus.com.
